Return Policy

• Please contact us before returning any parts.
• A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Returned parts must be:
  • New and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all original labels
• We cannot accept:
  • Used parts
  • Installed or test‑fitted parts
  • Any electrical parts (no refunds or exchanges permitted)
• We reserve the right to refuse and return any item that shows signs of installation, use, or does not meet the above requirements.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the part.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped.
• If a cancelled item was special‑ordered, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
